Gundam Saints...take one

Oh yes I went there. I went there a looong time ago, but now I have an excuse to do it. Because I've always wanted to dress the Gundam boys like their gundams, but now that I've gotten into Saint Seiya, I can be doubly cracked out.

Actually, I drew this a while ago. I’d only had a few episodes of StS dubbed in Spanish on YouTube (and the first ‘Knights of the Zodiac’ dubbed dvd […I…won it…some..how…] … yeeeaaah) and the first couple of Saint Seiya Manga, so the armor is based more on that. Yes, I realize the Shenlong’s grippy-claw-whip-thingy would probably be a move of Wufei’s rather than an armor thing…actually, all their external weapons would be if they’re actual Saints, but I was also going for the ‘dressed as Gundams’ thing. *and I forgot Quatre’s cape too, darn*

Overall, as a ‘for fun, whateva, whateva’ crack drawing…~thing~, I’m pretty happy with it. I’m ~very~ pleased with how Heero turned out, and with Duo’s inner armor. I may turn their wings, at least Duo’s into a move or an aura or something. Give Quatre his cape back, and fix his shoulder-guards. Trowa’s pretty good except I drew him at a weird angle here, and his gun/shield will most definitely become a move. And I’m never satisfied with any Wufei I draw, but his armor is really the only problem I have with him here. Maybe because it’s too simple.

Hell, I might even do model sheets with the changes, 'cause they're fun. I might keep this one and do a quick color in photoshop if I get bored enough.
